Our Buying experience at Steeltown Motors was excellent. We never felt pressured once. They realize that customers nowadays go shopping with a lot more info at hand before they even hit the lot. I basically knew what I wanted and customer service didn’t put any extra pressure on ‘upselling’ or trying to get me to spend more than I had planned.
