Over the past dozen or so years I’ve purchased two vehicles from Steeltown Motors. The guys there provided excellent service for both purchases. The loan setup was quick and easy, and essentially all I had to do was just sign the papers and take the keys. Thanks guys!

We never felt pressured once. They realize that customers nowadays go shopping with a lot more info at hand before they even hit the lot.
With that being said Paul W. did an excellent job handling our sale, he noticed I had my info and I knew what I wanted and worked diligently to get us the best deal.

Not living locally Steeltown Motors, advertisement on AutoTRADER caught my attention. An email inquiry led to a lot of very positive correspondence and eventually my purchase. Thanks James, Paul and John who called to be sure I was satisfied. Arrangements were made to be picked up at the airport Thursday at 2pm and by 3:30 I had my New car, checked into a hotel and visiting old Friends. Born and raised in Sault Ste. Marie I returned after 40 + years to buy my car. Steeltown Motors closed the 800 km gap to help me Buy Local. Thank you James and everyone at Steeltown.

Where do I start? The staff at Steeltown motors are absolutely amazing. 5 Star Service for sure. The finance dept. , Paul specifically was awesome, extremely professional, easy to work with and an absolute great person. They worked at getting me into a vehicle with the terms I wanted and specifics I requested. The owner Johnny was also attentive, easy to work with and was by my side during the process and very informative when I had ANY question. I highly highly recommend you go see the team over there for your vehicle needs. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming any time I went in there. THANKS to everyone over there for everything; the espresso while your in the dealership is also great lol

Buying a used vehicle is never easy, but try doing that from 10 hours away. I found the vehicle I’d been searching for at Steeltown, I reached out and immediately received a reply from Jamie. He was straight up from the start, and I decided to buy a vehicle based on photos and Jamie’s comments that it was as clean as could be. I drove from London Ontario to SSM filled with anxiety that something was amiss, but once I arrived to the dealership and discovered the vehicle was everything Jamie promised, my anxiety disappeared. These folks made the entire process quick and easy and they were true to their word. I’m so impressed and I love my Ford Edge that I will definitely make the drive again when I’m in the market for another vehicle. You folks are rockstars!

Speedy at making the process of buying a used / like new car, easy. Interestingly enough they don’t bull you into making purchases or getting excited over a purchase you may not qualify for.

This is the first time I have dealt with Steeltown Motors and I went to them based on a recommendation from my mom who bought a vehicle from them in the past. I had been to a few other dealers in town, just to look around but Steeltown by far had the best customer service! Jamie MacDonald was super helpful, friendly and made me feel like my questions were important. He didn’t rush through anything. Paul Wierzbicki was also extremely helpful with financing questions and the paperwork. The vehicles are well maintained, clean and they are very knowledgeable about their products.
