We bought not 1, not 2, but 3 amazing vehicles from Steeltown Motors in less than a year. Each one low km, great price and amazing vehicles. The customer service is amazing and super friendly. Not only were they wonderful to work with, but two of our vehicles we contacted them the day before and said “we would like to drive that vehicle home tomorrow.” Impossible to do?? But no, not for them. They did the impossible. Got all the finances and everything in order for us to drive home the next day. In less than 24 hours we picked out a vehicle, did all the paperwork and we were driving our vehicle home, twice.Will never go anywhere but Steeltown. They are amazing.

I want to start by saying this was one of the best car buying experiences I have had! Jamie (Mac) was fantastic to deal with. I came in, told him the situation I was in and exactly what I needed. he quickly got me into exactly what I wanted and needed. I didn't feel any pressure what so ever, everyone there was just so kind and helpful. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs a super reliable and affordable used vehicle!

What an absolute pleasure it was to deal with the staff at steeltown motors . The experience of financing a vehicle can be a nervous situation and stressful BUT Paul in the financing dept as well as Johnny the owner himself made the experience the exact opposite . I was welcomed with open arms and treated as family as well as made to feel that I was the only one in there at the time even though I wasn’t . The espresso bar which is complimentary is also a great addition the the experience . I HIGHLY recommend steeltown if your in the market for a vehicle . I also want to say although I didn’t have direct dealings with the other staff they all greeted me as well as made sure I was being taken care of promptly … THANK you very much to all of you and for the record I absolutely LOVE my Jeep !! I appreciate everything

I can’t thank Steeltown Motors enough for the excellent customer service in the purchase of my first SUV. I was very hesitant, considering I’ve never purchased a vehicle before, and I’ve only dealt with a lease. I had many questions and concerns, and I wanted to get the perfect car for everyday needs and adventures. Jaime was so helpful in answering all my questions and concerns and even helped me stay within my budget. He listened to everything I was looking for and found a few more features I never thought of. The process of purchasing the car was also so unexpected. It was just so easy and straightforward. I had my new vehicle within the week. Thank you again for all the help!

This is the first time I have dealt with Steeltown Motors and I went to them based on a recommendation from my mom who bought a vehicle from them in the past. I had been to a few other dealers in town, just to look around but Steeltown by far had the best customer service! Jamie MacDonald was super helpful, friendly and made me feel like my questions were important. He didn't rush through anything. Paul Wierzbicki was also extremely helpful with financing questions and the paperwork. The vehicles are well maintained, clean and they are very knowledgeable about their products. I definitely recommend them for your next vehicle purchase!
