Our Buying experience at Steeltown Motors was excellent. We never felt pressured once. They realize that customers nowadays go shopping with a lot more info at hand before they even hit the lot. With that being said Paul W. did an excellent job handling our sale, he noticed I had my info and I knew what I wanted and worked diligently to get us the best deal.

I basically knew what I wanted and customer service didn’t put any extra pressure on ‘upselling’ or trying to get me to spend more than I had planned. Met my financial requirements pretty easily and offered me a very reasonable trade in value. Answered questions quickly by text and phone and wrapped everything up in a very timely manner.
