Not living locally Steeltown Motors, advertisement on AutoTRADER caught my attention. An email inquiry led to a lot of very positive correspondence and eventually my purchase. Speedy at making the process of buying a used / like new car, easy. Interestingly enough they don’t bull you into making purchases or getting excited over a purchase you may not qualify for.

I basically knew what I wanted and customer service didn’t put any extra pressure on ‘upselling’ or trying to get me to spend more than I had planned. Met my financial requirements pretty easily and offered me a very reasonable trade in value. Answered questions quickly by text and phone and wrapped everything up in a very timely manner. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a low pressure and helpful environment. Thanks guys!

Over the past dozen or so years I’ve purchased two vehicles from Steeltown Motors. The guys there provided excellent service for both purchases. The loan setup was quick and easy, and essentially all I had to do was just sign the papers and take the keys. Thanks guys!
