I basically knew what I wanted and customer service didn’t put any extra pressure on ‘upselling’ or trying to get me to spend more than I had planned. Met my financial requirements pretty easily and offered me a very reasonable trade in value. Answered questions quickly by text and phone and wrapped everything up in a very timely manner. Speedy at making the process of buying a used / like new car, easy. Interestingly enough they don’t bull you into making purchases or getting excited over a purchase you may not qualify for.
